This is Sailor Ill's black Vaporeon, Angel. I'm too lazy to explain so you'll just have to live with it. XD

Anyway, I like how he's a kind of sharp image and the background's all fuzzy because I did it with the airbrush tool. I'm pretty happy with this. It was an old picture (dating back to Nov. '01 in fact) but I found it the other day and decided to color it. Sailor Ill was intended to stand behind him, but.. I never got around to drawing her. XD
