An adaptation of the Spider-Man “Shattered Dimensions” video game.

On Earth-616, Jimmy from Ed, Edd n Eddy (Amazing Spider-Man) accidentally shatters an artifact called the Tablet of Order and Chaos while trying to prevent Bro (Mysterio) from stealing it. While Bro escapes with one Tablet fragment, Jimmy is approached by an elderly Nazz (Madame Web), who reveals that the other Tablet fragments have been scattered across this and three other realities across the multiverse. To restore balance, Nazz recruits him, the Arachnid of Earth-1610 (whose Venom symbiote is kept in line by Nazz's powers), the Ben 10 (2016 reboot) of Earth-20914 (a noir-themed world), and a human Jappleack (Spider-Man 2099) of Earth-298 to retrieve the fragments from their native dimensions. After the Spider-Men each collect their first fragment with no difficulty, Nazz warns them that the fragments can grant incredible powers and must not be allowed to fall into the wrong hands. While searching for their second fragment, the Spider-Men discover that they have already been found by supervillains. Jimmy is captured by Lord Boxman (Kraven the Hunter) and taken to a jungle, where he is forced to overcome a series of trials for a fragment; however, Boxman ultimately reneges on their deal and uses the fragment to gain superpowers. Ben 10 pursues Bender (Hammerhead) who is driven mad with power after using a fragment he found to fuse his guns with his arms and plots to overthrow his boss, Oz (Norman “The Goblin” Osborn).

Jappleack is attacked by Kevin from Ed, Edd n Eddy (Hobgoblin), an android mercenary, who uses his fragment to increase his psi-powers and create illusions to torment the hero. Arachnid battles Static (Electro) to prevent him from destroying a hydro-electric dam, where the latter uses his fragment to grow larger and more powerful as he absorbs more energy. In the end, the Spider-Men are able to defeat the villains and claim their fragments before heading off to find more. Jimmy finds another fragment at an abandoned Roxxon quarry but it is stolen by Rolf (Sandman) who uses it to increase his powers and take over the quarry. Ben 10  pursues Crow (Vulture), Oz’s right-hand man and his Grandpa Max’s killer, for a fragment, which granted the villain teleportation powers. Jappleack faces her half-sister Sunset Shimmer (Scorpion 2099), who has stolen a fragment for a contractor in exchange for reversing her mutation, gaining the ability to create numerous offspring in the process. Arachnid competes in Luan Loud’s (Deadpool) reality TV show “Pain Factor” for a fragment, which the latter eventually uses to clone herself. Meanwhile, Bro discovers his fragment granted him magic powers, and seeks out the rest. When the Spider-Men return to Nazz with the fragments they collected, Bro attacks, threatening to kill Nazz if the remaining fragments are not delivered to him.

Jimmy finds his final fragment at a construction yard, but is forced to intervene in White Witch (Silver Sable) and the Wild Pack’s chase of Bismuth (Juggernaut) after the latter unknowingly picks it up. Ben 10 faces Oz for his final fragment, which the latter used to mutate himself into a goblin-like creature and take over a carnival afterwards. Jappleack breaks into Alchemax where she finds her final fragment in the hands of Dr. Twilight Sparkle, this time period's Doctor Octopus as well as Kevin’s creator and Sunset’s contractor. Arachnid finds his final fragment at the Triskelion, where SHIELD mistakenly experimented with it on Carnage, giving the creature the ability to resurrect its victims into zombie-like minions and allowing it to break free and take over the base. After retrieving the final set of fragments, the Spider-Men return to Bro, who absorbs the complete tablet after a brief struggle and promptly becomes a god. He shatters the borders between realities, seeking to create a new one under his rule. However, this allows Nazz to summon the four Spider-Men to fight Bro together. After defeating Bro and separating him from the tablet, the multiverse is restored to normal and Ben 10, Jappleack and Arachnid return to their native realities while Jimmy takes Bro to prison. The event ends with all four Spider-Men web-swinging in their respective dimensions while claiming to be the best version of Spider-Man. In a post-credits scene Nazz is visited by Spanky Ham (Spider-Ham) who had also hoped to help save the multiverse but arrived too late.
