Randal from "Clerks." ...Sorta. I was watching the cartoon series and the Korean animators part inspired me into drawing Randal in a more proper anime style doing a, what appears to be, a slacker attack. He's shouting "REFRESHING!" all because it was the first nifty looking word in my dictionary I came across. The bottom roughly says (since I was taking a guess at the grammar), "Randaru, he is super cool!"
