Bobby, the man on the moon, or is he? by @GreatRuler (Great Ruler)

This, calls for a big description, i dont really feel like writing one, but here goes.

Bobby is a psychopath mallard that lives in a town called Riverside. He kills the citizens of Riverside, not for fun, but because he thinks thats his "purpose in life". He also keeps all other criminals out, though, so in a way he's their guardian. this kinda pictures that.
