This is the robotic superhero BIOWULF! Originally a government project, the power of the original BIOWULF was too much to control. And so he was scrapped. But Dr. Ratchet ghad recreated him as an ordinary bioroid named Buck, and the BIOWULF hull was reshaped as an armor. Now whenever crime is in town, Buck can call the BIOWULF armor and stop evil as he was made to do before!
