He's another cast member to the Bizarre Island series that I just came up with.

Filip is soft spoken as he is timid. He is familiar with Ned and Sam as to the fact that not only did they go to the same schools, but because Ned and Sam usually find him taking various jobs around Bizarre Island. But it's because of his nature that he usually gets teased by Ned. But in a good way at least. Although Filip doesn't realize that himself too often.

In case this description was too bland, I'll probably come up with something better if I dwell deeper into character design. But keep your eyes out for more strange characters of Bizarre Island. Artwork © Copyright 2003 Eric Broffel
