Malik by @veracrys (Vera Crystal)

A picture of Malik Sin, another of my pokémon rocket characters. He's a total psycho who likes doing illegal things. This was originally an "I'm-bored-so-I'm-scribbling" picture (You can probably see some of my work on the other side), but it turned out well. I only had pens to use, of course, so that's why he's red and blue. The uniform is actually meant to be black.
