Francis (curly hair): Twenty-three years old, and has been conning people out of their money since he was three.

Norman: Thirty-one. At nineteen he was a promising hitman, successfully completing every job until an unfortunate accident in London. He won't tlak about it. He hasn't killed since, but has developed a rather nasty(er) drinking problem. In an attempt to give back to the community he was a street corner Santa for three hours in December. Ended up punching a nun. Long story.

They married in summer of 1923 in the Francis' hometown by a very, very drunk priest. They fled to America shortly afterward, again, to escape authorities.
