A rather strange perspective to look through. The image is viewed in first person by a Drow elf. You're looking through it's eyes at a spider climbing up its arm. It is a bit difficult to explain but you are seeing 'yourself' looking down your arm at a highly toxic spider... of course drow worship spiders so they have no fear of them
