Commissar Vannheim, sporting a new look by @cerion (Maria Olsson)

This is what Vannheim looks like nowadays. I can't really do him properly justice on the computer. But he's much sexier now, dontcha think? :P

And yes, he's wearing the same design on commissar's uniform as Rolf Yarrick. Two reasons: 1. This is how I draw commissars nowadays. 2. I got lazy and didn't draw his full gear. This is after all a quik pik.
