Vinter Decidueye

Originally called it 'Snowy Decidueye' but I really want to design a Decidueye based on a snowy owl someday so switched it to 'Vinter'.

A mysterious Decidueye that can only be found in the in the Vinter Wastelands, a place surrounded in myth and legends, of frozen giants and ancient tomes beneath the ice and snow, it is so inhospitable its surprising that Pokemon still call the place its home.
