I'll post some background info on this character later if I remember.

It's definitely NOT my best, but I needed to get back into practise since my gallery'd been greyscale for a tragically long period of time.

Her HAIR is so feckin VIBRANT in the original version and my scanner completely mottled it. It looks so boring and dull now... My poor colour pencils, raped so relentlessly by the scanner.

I think she may have been Rainbow Brite's stunt double as a child.
