Buckles The Chronically Unhappy Clown. I first drew him last year whilst REALLY mad about something really stupid. This is the second picture drawn of him (done over six months later and chibified). He's since acquired a sister named Shackles, and they've since been freed from their torturous prison. Where is that, you may ask? ...I dunno.
