Flim Flam is standing on stage at his school auditorium, reciting a poem he wrote about the gang. The little puppy is Scooter-Doo, Scrappy's older brother. Scooter is unlike Scrappy, however- he's quiet and calm; doesn't talk much. I love how Flimmie's face turned out- so cute! ^.^
