Rini, from Sailor Moon. :) Immediately after finishing the one of Sailor Chibi Moon, I did this one (1999). I was just SO proud of the last one, so I HAD to do another one of her. :p Only in her normal form this time. ^_^ I chose this one because I thought it was interesting to see her hair down for once, instead of in those cone-things. :3
