Well, here's one of my brother's latest creation, a C Force Elite who needs some recognition. His name is StreakFire, and he uses flames. And when he runs, he creates a super loud whistle, like a sonic boom. So much for sneaking up on people. Anyway, the whistle sounds sort of like a firework, maybe a fountain?
