Rodentday - Celtic Squirrel Knot
Rodentday - Celtic Squirrel Knot by @Roadstripe (CyberCorn Entropic)

Something for the Rodentday of Saint Padraig's Day week --- a Celtic knot of squirrels.

Art © 2022 Marvin E. Fuller

Fun fact: Celtic knots are a common design motif harkening from pre-Christian Celtic lands that was later incorporated into Christian designs such as on crosses and in illuminated books and are still often seen today. This one is a simplified version of one from the Lindisfarne Gospels.

Unfun fact: Due to issues elsewhere, March's Rodentdays are late. I still have two left.
