the comic I thought would never happen, happened. despite my pretty non-existant mecha drawing skillz, fretting over how to spell the word 'recyclable', how to draw a fighting sequence, how to cleverly avoid drawing it, trying to sleep before 2AM and failing, because I had 'this one more neat idea that I just have to work out' forgetting to buy food and living of what I had in my cupboard (boiled rice. yum) despite computers plotting against me by suddenly crashing, and other such headache inducing situations, here it is, Project Owl episode #1!

this took two days to draw, a whole day to scan and upload, and I haven't even begun cleaning up the scan yet(did I mention proofreaders with earwax on their hands? No?) And people other than me will probably 'not get it', but it was fun to do. Artwork © Copyright 2002 Donja R
