This is another one of the enemies from my game idea. There are more people like him from an organization called Regal. The organizations Regal and ASM (Anti-Sanato Militia) are rivals. Seth is a soldier for the ASM. Gotham and several other people are high ranks in the organization and were uniforms that differ from any other member. Kinda like the turks from final fantasy VII; except each high rank person wears a completely different outfit. Okay I'm done. I really should stop rambling on like this.
