Heh, I'm such a big fan of Mange. :)

What is happening in this pic is that Mojo Jojo had captured and deprived Buttercup of her superpowers (thanks to a stolen flask of Antidote X). He had just gone down to gloat over Buttercup chained in a well-hidden chamber and got a big shock of his life when she called up her deadly alter ego, Mange, to take on him. And, well, you can imagine the rest of the story. It's not a pretty sight, I can assure you! >:D
