SGP Sketch #422: Pepperminzoku by @Minzoku (Julie Miyamoto)

Normally I'm not one for "original characters" of trademarked property, but this one seemed to be a nice challenge! ^_^ Of course, I don't see the point in making a Sugar Rush character and not a kart to go with! ...especially when I can come up with such awful pun names for them ;p

[kart is based loosely off an Altoids box, if it's not evident--I went a little too F1 in my influence vs. just making a confection with wheels]
