Original Description: "This is a pic of my character Raquell Coone. Raquell (pronounced Ruh-Kell) is a young officer for the Galactic Police, who is assigned to bring the imfamous Space Pirate. I tried to get a better body shape with her with this one, so there's more muscle detail in her arms and legs, as well as a better torso and chest. I think this one turned out pretty good for a first-time pic of her."

As mentioned before, this is the very first image drawn of Inspector Coone, and certainly a milestone in Mad Space's history (May 2, 2002). Much has changed since this picture was drawn, Rocky is no longer the bubbly rookie she once was, and has grown into a intelligent, mature, level-headed detective. Despite such changes, this image is still a favorite of mine, portaying a much cuter and more innocent version of one of the IGPD's (Intergalactic Police Department) best.
