Well, okay, she doesn't really have any set character or anything. I had just been toying with this character design for a bit and oekaki seemed like a really nice place to put her forth. I like the blues a lot. I can't decide if she's avian or mer, though. Not that I guess it matters, because she's still rather pretty. ^n.n^
