Cheer Up by @prisspen (Priscilla Spencer)

Coming back from my college trip, I couldn't find my pencil on an airplane and ended up sketching with a pen. I got a strange satisfaction out of drawing with pen, so that's all I've used in my sketchbook since. Additionally, over the past three days, I've felt like enforcing my mental image of Cheery, so here you are. I'm rather fond of how they came out.
