I dunno what this is to be exact. The red and green cut-outs are from a watercolour. There are laytex gloves glued over them for texture, and the picture was sewn in with green fishing line. The picture is of this kid I knew in middle school creepy guy. The side is sewn up with black elastic. I think it's nifty.
