My so-called muses by @TheDevilCat (Caitlin Wilt)

I don't believe in muses, but these two strange creatures have received that as their 'species' name or sommat like that... because they day I drew them (and they were the only thing I drew that day), all my desire and inspiration for writing came flooding back to me.

Both are combinations of things I really like. The one on the right is a blend of mantis, Predator, and Xenomorph. The one on the left is somewhat like a Konushan (my own species/race), but has orca markings.

They "tell" me their names (that is, the names that popped in my head while drawing that I can't dislodge) are Joe (right) and Maurice. Joe is also female. Sorry, can't dispute the subconscious.
