A Funky Glow from the Dark by @jetbaby (Laura Alexander)

My two characters, Trevor the feline and Rugby the canine, in their animal forms, subjected to a kind of experiment in coloring. It's supposed to look like their markings are illuminated by a blacklight. For stuff like this I keep flatcoloring to focus more on a different aspect of the image rather than how "lifelike" I can make it. I learned to do the blacklight effect from a guide on DeviantART... I can't be bothered to find the link, hehe.
