New character, my little monkeys! by @dyani (Carli Joy)

First drawings of a Tenchi Muyo character I thought of on a whim. ^^; It's that d00d up there with the horns and funny eyes (actually kinda goat-inspired, spookily enough). His name is Tokumei Seidai. That three-legged robot thing is Mukai, the control unit of THE Mukai, Tokumei's spaceship. You see a bunch of random ideas for the actual spaceship's design over on the side there, as well as a first-version of Mukai on the top, which is scary. 0.o

Then, there's a Mihoshi who looks scared and a Kiyone who looks annoyed. 0____o BOO!
