Just a random Persona 2 sketch.. I'd go into detail about the meaning but 98% of the people that'd see this one S7 would have no clue what Persona 2 even is ^-^;; but if you notice~ there are people in the crowd that are familiar like my little skater guy in the front and Janus in the back =p ..um..yeah~
