Okay, I think we've figured out that she's evil if we've followed the pattern of the other evil Sailors, hee. This is Sailorblackmars(and her oddly shaped head). She's not holding it, but her weapon is the Dark Phoenix Bow. Arrows of black and red fire that will burn through and consume ANYTHING.
