Yes.... this is my Doctor Who character, Kalair, who is a Timelord herself, but like the doctor, is out of the counsil. She was banished for a short period of time to work with the Doctor and they took away her TARDIS so she wouldn't be a danger to any unsuspecting worlds. She regenerated just before she was sent to work with the doctor, she was an old man before. She now resides on the TARDIS with Doc #8. Artwork © Copyright 2002 Ehren Hatten
