Lana upon seeing this drawing: "... who's she?" (despite the fact that her name was written on the paper with a little arrow pointing DIRECTLY at her...) But that's okay, Lana, I forgive you. X3 This very obscure character is Penelope Clearwater (from Harry Potter), Percy Weasley's girlfriendie. I just wanted to get an idea of how I'd draw her... and... uh... stuff!!!
