This is from a scene in the SPASOTM story where Jason has Sam cornered and he's just trying to annoy her. There's always some major UST between them in the story, and they first met when Sam was trying to sneak back into the Lachlan Facility (SPASOTM HQs), but got herself stuck on the barbed wire fence. He had only just been transferred in, so seeing a blonde stuck to a fence didn't really do much to raise his opinion of the program.
