Scooby Doom: Phantom Virus Deoxys

Okay so I wasn't expecting to draw the Scooby doo villain Phantom Virus as a Pokemon anytime soon as I intend to draw movie villains at another date hopefully next year.

So you can thank PharaohStephanie for this happening XD as they asked about this villain in the Scooby Doom AU.

One brief look to remind myself who this was and my brain was hooked on a design idea I couldn't put down and draw later, so here he is! Phantom Virus Deoxys! a Ghost/Electric type.

If an alien virus can fall to earth on a meteorite and mutate to become a Pokemon, what would happen if someone were able to expose that virus in a more controlled environment?, what kind of Pokemon would they become?

While story wise I have nothing for him as I won't be writing or including anything from the Scooby Doo movies into the Scooby Doom AU, it was still a lot of fun to draw this.
