Dea, half-cat expeiriment done by the goverment, much like erlier expeiriments done to babies, it was soon bunked.(Other expeiriments were: giving them test drugs, radioactive milk, ECT.) Left orphaned, and unwanted until she was old enough to leave, she then back to the goverment for work, no one else would hire her. The Gov's new expeiriment was recreating humans into robots, mostly to replace the men of the army/navy. This was soon bunked by the same activists agaist stem cells. They were going to throw out an almost complete robot, needing a companion, and a hobby, she kinda....stole him.
