The swiftest electric cat around as a snappy-dressing teen. The Legendary Cats were the hardest to render human, mainly because of the facewear. I decided to make Raikou's face decor a mask for my human character, and the clouds are his hair. Everyone I've shown him to says that he looks like a street punk with his clothes and pose. It wasn't what I was going for, but it works for Raikou. ^_^ I can just see him kicking back on a corner, watching the world go by...
