Gryphon
Gryphon by @BlackMountain (Jessica Curtis)

Recently, an aquaintance of mine received a comment on her gryphon drawing that was along the lines of, "This is beautiful work, but gryphons have eagle talons for front legs, not lion paws." Come now, folks. Let's remember these are mythological creatures and what they look like are strictly up the individual. As a result of that comment, I was reminded of how the gryphons look in a movie called "Merlin". They're the traditional type of gryphon but without the wings. So I did my own interpretation of those gryphons.
