Another Pern Dragon?!?! by @DarkRaptor (Carly Wietzman)

My scanner is broken. It choked and croaked, what can i say. I frowned, and then turned to my computer. It said that i should try corel paint. Really? If you think so. So this was done last night, and a bit today after school. Please ignore the background or spots, that happened when i changed this from a bmp to a jpg so it could load. I am UNEXPERIENCED in comp art so i really appreciate help and comments(public or private) are accepted and very wanted.
