Definitely could use some cleaning up, but it's not that bad, for me. I did a little messing around with it in Photoshop, just to fix up the area around the glowing staff thingy. The fingers of the hand that's playing with one of her daggers are too flat, but otherwise I like this one fairly well.

My first attempt at the half-human half-tiger/leopard/big cat in general. ^^ I'm trying to come up with a more specific name for it, or at least my version of it.
