This is Sally Wolfe, the twin sister of Casper. Much like her brother, she likes video games and cartoons, she has a very short temper, and she isn't the most active girl in in world.

However, she has a better grip on reality than Casper, and often has to clue him in on what's going on in the real world. She also winds up helping Casper out with his problems often when he hasn't a hint of a clue what to do.

She's a sweet girl and wants to keep his brother happy. She admires Casper's talents and imaginative stories. Of course, she will occasionally tease Casper and cause fights between them, but they have a strong enough bond to stay good companions to each other.
