It's Lead Phoenix from the Sega Saturn game Burning Rangers! Rubbish picture, but I thought I'd upload it anyway... because it's LEAD! He's so sexy and cool. Well, he is in the game anyway, not in this stupid picture. I drew his eye too large and his neck too long, bah.
