Finally got this Chibi done for Deltathewolf27 from Twitter of his OC, named Delta. My first completed Chibi ever, and I really had fun creating this type of style. Practiced on glow effects and other things to make it look anime-like. Will definitely be working with this technique more! Hope you guys like it too!
