Elmetta Bullard by @devthemagister (Devon Thompson)

This is the design for a character in the new story I'm writing. Her name's Elmetta, and she's a chihuahua. =3 She's a BRILLIANT military strategist, and the developer of the Audio Defense System (A.D.S.). She led the army that defeated the last Magister tribe, leaving Boshie and Dev as the only survivors. Many years later, she led the first wave of attacks against Evil Undead Dev, but was immediately defeated. Her A.D.S. units were the only military agents capable of harming Dev until he was restored to his normal form.

She has a horribly annoying, squeaky, and high-pitched voice. She's one of my absolute favorite bad guys of all time. ^_^
