Yeah, basically what the title says if you can understand it. lol. I was basically practicing drawing dresses. I was trying to draw a dress like the one that Elizabeth Swann wears in the Pirate movie. But..... yeah. Don't mind proportions or anything, I wasn't trying to make this picture perfect, not in the least. If I was trying for perfection, I wouldn't have drawn it in pen for one. lol. But anywho, here it is. Oh, and the girl is just some random girl. Enjoy folks! And comments are welcome.
