I completed this image for Adele Lorienne's 1,2, or 3 Contest being held on her Meadowhaven website (as well as DeviantArt). The characters belong to her, and a friend, and are featured in her fantasy book "Not All Kings Wear Gold".

The white haired male is Semiyar, a lute-playing minstrel. He is in love with the demure and beautiful Diana, a woman with golden wings. This image was well worth the two weeks it took to complete (though I still don't know if I've won anything or not :O )
