An American Werewolf
An American Werewolf by @aleilam (Aleister Lam)

This pic was inspired by the one werewolf movie I personally think contains the human to werewolf transformation that is unparalleled till this date. An American Werewolf in London is a movie about a American guy and his friend who were attacked on the English moor by a werewolf. One of them survived the brutal attacks only to discover that by the next full-moom he'll be transformed into a four-legged lycanthrope wreaking havoc in the crowded streets of London.

The transformation effects is realistic and breathtaking; I think its so great that nobody have been able to top it yet, though it spawned several werewolf movies like Howling I and The Company of Werewolves; which were quite good but were not able to dethroned the special effects devised by Rick Baker & his team. It is also the first movie (if I'm not wrong) to depict a werewolf that moves on all four, like that of a wolf on screen. The ground-breaking effects and great direction by John Landis make this a classic werewolf movie.
