Made this one when he was still named "Tsutarja" before his English name was announced. I was testing my "screwball" technique and was surprised that it actually works. A year later, I went to make some major improvements with Illustrator (lineart) and GIMP (paint) since I wanted to tryout the line width tool, and I hafta say, this one is my most favorite of them all.
