Well .. this started out as a picture of flames I drew for a winamp skin .. and with the smudge tool in Photoshop 6.0 .. I made circles randomly in the center, it formed a vague eye shape .. so I continued to work on it with just the smudge tool until the end, where I added the white light reflecting off. Yay.
