It's Pan-Chan! Pan is my fav. charrie from the Dragonball universe, and I always hated the fact that in GT she's supposed to be 16 (and she really is either 16 or 15 in GT, not 12 or something.) but Funimation drew her like 10 year old. So I drew her like I thought she'd look if she was drawn correctly. Oh, and I drew her w/out the belly shirt because, seriously people, with her attitude do you think she'd wear something that girly? Please.
