WaterColor Kitty
WaterColor Kitty by @crisvan2 (Cristin VanCleave)

My first experiment with water color pencils. I'm pretty fond of them, actually. drawn while sitting outside, staring at the neighbors cat sitting in my backyard. She prefers to sit in my yard because it's not covered in dog crap like her owner's is. ^_^

Calling animal control on my neighbors is starting to sound like a good idea. They never feed their dog (who's too big for their tiny yard), the animals NEVER come inside (unless I strongly suggest it), and the kids torture the poor things. sigh It's not a good situation.

But let's leave the worrying to ME. I'm very happy with the way the face turned out, but the body and the folds of red cloth she's laying on need some work. Artwork © Copyright 2003 Cristin VanCleave
